Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative or HR shared services experience.
• Experience with HR processes, systems and data management preferred.
• HRIS or case management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive HR support to associates and respond to routine inquiries.
• Execute high-volume HR transactions and associate data updates.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with HR partners, payroll and benefits teams.
