Job summary

Unified Women’s Healthcare is seeking a Senior Representative for HR Shared Services to provide onboarding, customer service, and information management support. You will resolve moderately complex teammate and stakeholder inquiries with strong process knowledge and documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in Human Resources or closely related field.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as UKG Pro or ADP.

Responsibilities

• Review escalated onboarding cases for compliance, documentation, and process risks.
• Gather, verify, and document background checks, I-9/E-Verify, and new hire paperwork.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and COEs to resolve onboarding issues.
• Support moderately complex onboarding issues including start-date changes and transition coordination.
• Review escalated customer service cases for risk and triage path.
• Document key facts to identify underlying issues and support timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Employee Relations and COEs to resolve escalations and provide case details.
• Handle information management escalations focusing on data accuracy and confidentiality.
