Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience, Finance and/or Supply Chain aptitude.
• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Associate's Degree or Certified Vocational Training in HR or Communication preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a business environment preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide Tier 1 support for employee inquiries via calls, email, and direct interactions.
• Handle Workday-related transactions and case management.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other functions to troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with system adoption, process improvements, and end-user support for ERP/HCM operations.
• Document issues and escalate to Tier 2 when needed.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and accurate response times.
