Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 2+ years in a customer or employee-facing environment.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday) preferred.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or French) beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Answer employee questions using in-depth knowledge of benefits, HR policies, and programs.
• Serve as first point of contact for former employees’ questions on People Team policies.
• Create, update, and maintain knowledge of People Team processes.
• Manage inquiries via the People Team Service Center case management system.
• Provide timely information and escalate unresolved problems.
• Work with regional COEs to resolve inquiries.
• Maintain employee records and support onboarding.
• Assist with payroll data preparation and benefits administration.
