Graybar is seeking an Employee Resources Representative to be the first contact for HR, payroll, benefits, and policy questions. You will assist via phone, email, chat, and the HR portal, support Workday self-service users, and maintain employee records with attention to detail.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1+ year of customer-facing experience, and strong communication skills. Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience; HR/Workday experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to navigate HR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager questions related to HR, payroll, benefits, and policies.
• Research and resolve inquiries via phone, email, chat, and HR service portal.
• Support employees and managers with Workday and HR self-service tools.
• Process and maintain employee records including life events and updates.
• Explain policies and benefits; handle HR documentation for activities.
• Conduct payroll input reviews and processing audits for accuracy.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
