Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in HR, business management, accounting, finance or IT.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall).
• Completed at least 30 credit hours by time of application.
• Must be enrolled as a student at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
• Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
• Must attach a copy of unofficial transcript.
• Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
• Work term dates: January 11th – May 14th, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support new hire orientations and ensure entry paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
• Lead process improvement activities.
• Complete data analysis and create data visualizations and dashboards utilizing Power BI.
• Gather documentation from newly hired associates and follow-up for missing information.
• Support Plant Spartanburg's service anniversary award program.
• Conduct payroll audits and run reports for audits and legal requests.
• Provide prompt HR and payroll policy assistance to associates.
