BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Supplier Management Intern for Spring 2027. The role supports Operational Leads and Supplier Management Specialists with KPI reporting, SAP data processing, and BI visualization efforts, while encouraging student-driven ideas and collaboration.

The intern will create reports and dashboards using Office tools and Power BI, assist with supplier onboarding, and participate in process improvements within the VPS framework.

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or higher (overall).
• Active student status at a US-accredited four-year college.
• Completed at least 30 credit hours by application.
• Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
• Must attach an unofficial transcript.
• Complete and pass a substance abuse test before start.
• Work term dates: January 11 – May 14, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support Operational Leads and Supplier Management Specialists with projects.
• Run daily/weekly KPI reports and perform data processing in SAP.
• Create/update macros and perform data mining using data lake tools.
• Develop visuals using BI platforms (Power BI).
• Assist with supplier management and inventory purchasing processes.
• Collaborate with teams to improve VPS-based tasks.
