Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate business-related degree.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Enrolled student status at a US four-year college or university.
• Good organization and project management skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English.
• Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
• Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).
• Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
• MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
• Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
• THE WORK TERM DATES ARE May 18th - August 7th, 2026.

Responsibilities

• The Accounting Intern will aid in Data Analysis and General Accounting responsibilities, including reporting findings to Management.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, track and report Key Performance Indicators, and manage Fixed Asset capitalization.
• Perform account reconciliations as needed.
• Monitor and report efficiencies gained in projects.
• Review and develop digitalization process efficiencies.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with meetings.
