Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field required.
• 5 years of experience in a customer service delivery/operations role required.
• 5 years plus years' experience in supervisory capacity required.
• Use of HR technology including but not limited to HCM system, Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency, use of email, telephone and intranet required.
• Customer service driven and results focused.
• Excellent written and oral communication skill as well as experience with interpersonal and conflict management skills required.
• Financial and analytical acuity - understand the numbers and produce data required.
• Must be able to work a non-traditional schedule to accommodate multiple shifts.
• 3 years of experience in Human Resources related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational growth and integration of HRSC across Kaleida Health and affiliates.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery of Tier 0 and Tier 1 customer service.
• Balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution and motivate a team.
• Drive service improvement and collaborate cross-functionally with all COEs across Kaleida Health.
