Job summary

Kaleida Health is seeking a Manager for the Human Resources Service Center in Buffalo. This role oversees Tier 0–1 HR support across the enterprise, focusing on service delivery and process improvements within a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities include leading a team, driving efficiency, and collaborating with COEs to meet and exceed employee service expectations. A bachelor’s in HR or related field is required, with substantial supervisory and HRIS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field required.
• 5 years of customer service operations experience.
• 5+ years in supervisory capacity.
• Experience with HR technology including HRIS/HCM, Excel, and email/phone.
• Ability to work non-traditional schedule; 7 am-4 pm or 11 am-7 pm as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational growth and integration of the HRSC across Kaleida Health and affiliates.
• Ensure delivery of Tier 0 and Tier 1 service within a complex organizational structure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with all COEs to identify opportunities and resolve issues.
