Jericho Road Community Health Center is seeking a full-time Human Resource Generalist to support recruitment, lead new hire orientation, and contribute to employee wellbeing and engagement at the Barton/Breckenridge Campus. This onsite role in Buffalo, NY reports to the Human Resources Manager and requires travel between locations.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in HR, 5+ years of HR experience (2+ in supervision), and strong payroll/HRIS skills to streamline recruitment, onboarding,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years HR experience, with at least 2 in a supervisory role.
- 2+ years lifecycle recruitment experience.
- 2+ years onboarding experience.
- Experience implementing and assessing HRIS modules.
- Ability to present HR processes clearly to managers.
Responsabilités
- Review and redesign recruitment processes to align with JR objectives.
- Own the full hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers.
- Optimize HRIS usage for recruitment and onboarding and standardize workflows.
- Formalize the new hire orientation program and coordinate stakeholders.
