Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years related work experience required.
• Understanding of the HR function and worker HR lifecycle.
• Experience with computer systems including web-based applications and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point-of-contact for HR inquiries via phone, chat, and case management tool.
• Delegate and escalate queries while remaining responsible through completion.
• Track progress and provide updates on status of queries; support HR function and workers with day-to-day requests.
• Promote self-service capabilities and resolve HR business requests quickly.
• Use knowledge articles and processes to resolve inquiries; support HR technologies and automation.
• Engage in continuous improvement to reduce inquiry volume and improve service.
