Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• HR certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources in a generalist capacity.
• Solid understanding of HR practices.
• Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
• Ability to build and sustain successful relationships with all levels of the organization.
• Highly-organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task.
• Effective working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners to effectively and efficiently manage the employee lifecycle.
• Model HR best practices, and establish credibility and trust at all levels.
• Partner with HRBPs to advise, inform and facilitate discussions.
• Participate in projects, activities and various work assignments.
• May manage onboarding and orientation for new employees to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
• Respond to general inquiries from employees and managers with guidance on policies and processes.
• Provide general support to HR staff for transaction management and operational elements.
• Promote Workday self-service capabilities and support staff.
• Track HR metrics and analyze data to inform decision-making.
• Participate in compliance-related audits and ensure HR data is complete.
• May manage unemployment or other claims and vendor relationships.
• Provide analytical insight to increase efficiency of HR processes.
• Contribute to HR projects driving process improvements and automation.
