Job summary

Deluxe Plastics in Clintonville, WI seeks an experienced Human Resource leader to oversee payroll, benefits, policies and training. You will drive safety initiatives, OSHA compliance and incident investigations while partnering with management to recruit, develop and retain talent.

Responsibilities include administering rewards programs, maintaining HR records, and ensuring a strong workplace safety culture across the facility. Exempt, full-time role with broad scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent experience.
• Manufacturing EH&S experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving and leadership abilities.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Administers payroll, benefits and HR programs.
• Administers safety initiatives, OSHA compliance and incident investigations.
• Recruits, trains and develops staff; updates policies and job descriptions.
• Maintains employee records and supports performance evaluations.
• Coordinates personnel policies, rewards programs and audits.
