Synopsys Inc. invites candidates for a 24-month HR Graduate Rotational Experience at its Sunnyvale, CA campus. You will rotate through multiple HR teams, contribute to ongoing projects, and gain hands-on experience with AI-enabled research, employee experience, and organizational development.

The program emphasizes collaboration, feedback, and delivering real-world impact. This full-time program starts January 2027.

Qualificações

• Completed within the past year or currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR/Business or related field.
• Must reside within commuting distance of Sunnyvale HQ and be able to work onsite 3 days per week.
• Experience using AI tools to support research, analysis, productivity, or employee-focused solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Willingness to learn across HR functions and manage milestones in a 24-month rotation program.

Responsabilidades

• Learn how each HR team operates and the services it provides.
• Support day-to-day HR processes to gain practical experience.
• Deliver project work aligned with rotation focus areas.
• Gather information, review data, and document observations for opportunities.
• Develop resources, processes, tools, and solutions for the rotation team.
• Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders and apply feedback.
• Present progress and learnings at regular check-ins and capstone at end of rotations.
