Job summary

Clarios is offering a Summer 2027 HR internship in the Milwaukee area. You will partner with leaders to shape hiring, onboarding and engagement programs while gaining exposure to leadership development, talent reviews, and succession planning. The role supports organization design, HR analytics and employee relations.

Hybrid by design, with an option to work in the office and a quiet home workspace. Authorized US work status is required; applicants should be enrolled in an accredited U.S.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.
• Interest in being considered for an HR Rotational Program in several different field manufacturing locations across the US following graduation.
• Duration: Summer 2027. Up to 40 hours per week.
• Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship – must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions, with the option to work in the office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to identify hiring needs and support the recruitment process.
• Support onboarding activities to help create a positive new hire experience.
• Support leaders with employee engagement action planning efforts
• Assist with leadership development, training and learning initiatives.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, and midyear performance conversations.
• Assist with org design initiatives including job architecture and organizational structure projects that support business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and the employee experience.
• Gather, analyze and interpret HR metrics to identify trends and help inform decision making.
• Observe, assist and lead through employee relations matters, and policy interpretation.

Education
