Job summary

Qualifications

• College junior, senior, or recent graduate majoring in Human Resources Administration or a related field.

• Excellent organizational and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for general or department-specific administration of HR processes.
• Support Business Unit HR department team and align with company culture and values.
• Assist with staff training and development initiatives.
• Develop project tracking models to assist with HR projects.
• Prepare reports and monitor data.
• Compile and update employee records.
• Process documentation and prepare reports for personnel activities.
