Qualifications

• Available to work in NYC office Mon–Thu for 28 hours weekly, June 7–Aug 12, 2027.
• Open to rising seniors, recent grads, master's students, or entrants with up to 1 year of work experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Resume and cover letter required; address to 'Hiring Team'.
• Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from undergrad or master's programs.
• Passion for books highly valued.
• Pursuing HR, Business Admin, or related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings, managing applications, and coordinating interviews.
• Help organize recruitment events and outreach efforts.
• Support onboarding and offboarding for new hires and departing employees.
• Prepare onboarding materials and assist with orientation sessions.
• Assist with employee and managerial inquiries in partnership with the People Team.
• Help plan and coordinate D&I initiatives and surveys.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases; respond to inquiries.
• Track attendance and collect feedback for training programs.
