Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program.

Responsibilities

• Assist Talent Acquisition activities and internship programming.
• Support performance management and change initiatives.
• Participate in Workday optimization, reporting, and analytics.
• Contribute to compensation processes and job architecture reviews.
• Assist in designing and evaluating training programs and LMS support.
• Collaborate with HR partners on employee engagement and workforce planning.
• Create presentations and documentation to support team effectiveness.
