HarperCollins Publishers in New York City is offering an HR Intern position within the People Team. You will rotate through recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, diversity and inclusion, and HR administration to gain hands-on exposure to HR operations.
The internship runs June 7–August 12, 2027, requires 28 hours per week (Mon–Thu) in the NYC office, and pays $18 per hour. This is ideal for students pursuing HR or business-related degrees who love books.
We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Intern to join the HarperCollins People Team! This internship will provide you with exposure to various HR functions, allowing you to gain a comprehensive understanding of HR operations and practices. You will rotate through different HR specialties, including recruitment, employee lifecycle, employee relations, training and development, diversity and inclusion, and HR administration.
