Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in an HR or payroll role.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at job level.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build effective relationships.

Responsibilities

• Process on-boarding and new hire paperwork.
• Assist recruitment efforts and job fairs.
• Explain benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain HR records and scans/indexing of employment data.
• May handle Time and Labor for payroll.
