Job summary

Rockline Industries is seeking a dynamic HR professional focused on shaping the employee experience from day one. You will drive a positive workplace culture by guiding on policies, supporting associate concerns, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

This role coordinates hourly recruitment, advises front line supervisors on HR procedures, maintains HR data in UKG, and supports events and policy improvements to sustain RRITE values—Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment for hourly roles.
• Ability to guide supervisors on HR policies and practices.
• Experience responding to associate concerns and investigations.
• Experience maintaining HR data accuracy in UKG.
• Knowledge of policies, benefits, payroll, and postings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full recruitment process for hourly positions.
• Provide guidance to front line supervisors on HR policies and practices.
• Assist with responding to associate concerns and investigations related to policy violations.
• Maintain accurate employee data in UKG.
• Serve as a resource to associates on policies, benefits, payroll, and postings.
• Contribute to development and improvement of site HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate associate involvement initiatives, including the Employee Activity Committee.
• Support planning and execution of associate events.

• Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring work is performed safely and responsibly.

We’re looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR professional to join our team and play a key role in shaping the employee experience from day one. You’ll help drive a positive workplace culture by providing guidance on policies, supporting associate concerns, and ensuring a seamless on-boarding experience.

• Coordinates the full recruitment process for hourly positions. Serves as a resource for candidates and associates by answering application questions, screening internal and external applicants, and coordinating interviews and pre-employment testing.
• Provides guidance to front line supervisors on interpreting and applying HR policies and practices
• Assists with responding to associate concerns and assists with investigations related to policy violations
• Maintains accurate employee data in UKG
• Serves as a resource to associates by providing information on policies, benefits, payroll, and job postings
• Contributes to the development and ongoing improvement of site HR policies and procedures
• Coordinates associate involvement initiatives, including the Employee Activity Committee
