Justrite Safety Group is seeking a Human Resources Representative to provide administrative and operational support to the HR department at our Brooksville location in Florida. The role encompasses recruiting, onboarding, payroll support, recordkeeping, benefits administration, and compliance to foster a positive work environment for hourly and salaried employees.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and discreet with confidential information.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HR experience
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting activities: postings, applications, interviews, candidate communications.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation, and complete documentation.
• Maintain employee personnel files and HR records in accordance with policies and legal requirements.
• Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, attendance, and HR procedures.
• Support benefits enrollment, leave administration, and workers' compensation documentation.
• Assist payroll preparation by verifying time records and changes.
• Monitor attendance and maintain attendance tracking reports.
• Help administer company policies, safety initiatives, and employee recognition programs.
• Assist with training coordination and recordkeeping.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employment data.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Participate in investigations and gather information as directed.
• Support performance evaluations and employee development initiatives.
• Assist with organizing employee events and engagement activities.
• Perform general administrative duties and data entry.
