Job summary

St. Vincent de Paul CARES is seeking an HR Representative in Saint Petersburg, Florida, responsible for daily HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. This individual will manage communications, address staff inquiries, and ensure compliance with agency policies.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or two years of progressive HR experience. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, and 403(b) with employer match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• At least two years of progressive human resources experience.
• Intermediate experience with HRIS and electronic files.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
• Engage in the hiring process from selection to onboarding.
• Support employee relations by addressing concerns and documenting issues.
• Conduct interviews and manage hiring logistics.
• Process all relevant employee documentation.
