A leading company is seeking an HR Reporting Analyst to enhance reporting processes and analytics. This remote role involves collaboration with various teams, understanding business needs, and providing insights through data analysis and visualization. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and experience with Excel and data visualization tools.
As our HR Reporting Analyst, you will understand business needs, including processes, reporting, and analytics required for end-to-end solutions. You will serve as a technical resource for HR/business system users and support teams. Building strong collaborative relationships across the organization—including HR COEs, business-facing HR, Finance, Compliance, Audit, and communications—is essential. You will also understand business processes, elicit and document requirements, and coordinate communication among various business groups and HRIS technical and operational teams.
Salary ranges from $58,700 to $106,200 plus bonus and benefits, based on location, skills, and experience.
