As our HR Reporting Analyst, you will understand business needs, including processes, reporting, and analytics required for end-to-end solutions. You will serve as a technical resource for HR/business system users and support teams. Building strong collaborative relationships across the organization—including HR COEs, business-facing HR, Finance, Compliance, Audit, and communications—is essential. You will also understand business processes, elicit and document requirements, and coordinate communication among various business groups and HRIS technical and operational teams.

• Recommend process, reporting, and system changes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Build and maintain database architectures and create user-friendly interfaces for output analysis.
• Train and educate users across the organization to optimize system/report usage.
• Participate actively in Workday Community.
• Partner with business and technical teams to determine solutions for business problems, output needs, and technology enhancements.
• Provide insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Assist users with data and process analysis for better decision-making.
• Create and manage data visualizations and user interfaces.
• Configure, test, and document system, security, and reporting changes.
• Define test use cases aligning technology output with business objectives.

What you need:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred:

• 1+ year experience with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, formulas).
• 1+ year experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• 1+ year experience in the Workday environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Salary ranges from $58,700 to $106,200 plus bonus and benefits, based on location, skills, and experience.
