As our HR Reporting Analyst, you will work to understand business needs including the processes, reporting, and analytics required for end-to-end business solutions. You will be the technical resource for HR/business system users and support teams. Your responsibilities include building strong collaborative relationships across the organization, including HR COEs, business-facing HR, Finance, Compliance, Audit, and internal/external Communications. Additionally, you will understand business processes, reporting, and analytics, elicit and document requirements, and coordinate communication among various business groups and HRIS technical and operational teams.

1. Recommend business process, reporting, and system changes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
2. Build and maintain database architectures and create user-friendly interfaces for output analysis.
3. Train and educate users across the organization to enable optimal use of systems and reports.
4. Participate actively in the Workday Community.
5. Partner with business and technical teams to determine the best solutions for business problems, output needs, and technology enhancements.
6. Provide insights to stakeholders at all levels.
7. Assist business users with data and process analysis for better decision-making.
8. Create and manage data visualizations and user interfaces for end users.
9. Configure, test, and document system, security, and reporting changes.
10. Define tangible test use cases to align technology output with business objectives.

What you need:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred:

• 1+ year of experience with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, formulas).
• 1+ year of experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• 1+ year of experience in the Workday environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Salary ranges from $58,700 to $106,200 plus bonus and benefits, with actual compensation based on skills and experience. Benefits include health coverage, HSA, FSA, 401(k), stock purchase plans, insurance, and wellness programs.
