We are seeking a Data Reporting Business Analyst to join a dynamic analytics team focused on regulatory reporting, data quality, and business intelligence. You will be responsible for creating reports, building dashboards, supporting compliance efforts, and optimizing internal data processes. Accountabilities:

• Manage statistical and compliance reporting workflows, including data collection and preparation
• Extract, analyze, and submit data for regulatory and internal reporting requirements
• Create dashboards, reports, and tools to improve business intelligence and data visibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver relevant insights
• Support data governance efforts and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with IT and external partners
• Automate and enhance existing processes to increase reporting efficiency and accuracy
• Identify trends, root causes, and opportunities based on data analysis

Requirements

• Associate degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with SQL for reporting, data extraction, and analysis is highly desirable
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar platforms is preferred
