As our HR Reporting Analyst, you will work to understand business needs, including processes, reporting, and analytics required for end-to-end business solutions. You will serve as the technical resource for HR/business system users and support teams. Your responsibilities include building strong collaborative relationships across the organization, including HR COEs, business-facing HR, Finance, Compliance, Audit, and internal/external Communications. You will also be responsible for understanding business processes, eliciting and documenting requirements, and coordinating communication among various business groups, HRIS technical, and operational teams.
Salary ranges from $58,700 to $106,200 plus bonuses and benefits, with actual pay based on skills and experience. Benefits include health, dental, vision, insurance options, HSA, FSA, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, life and disability insurance, and more.
