Accenture’s Talent Reinvention Partner is seeking an HR Reinvention Manager to shape how organizations approach HR in the digital age. You will lead, sell, and execute HR reinvention projects that blend digital solutions, automation, and organization optimization, working closely with clients to boost HR efficiency, talent management, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting, with leadership exposure.
Experience applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics to HR processes.
Experience working with HR operating models, process improvement, and service delivery.
Strong client relationship skills with senior stakeholders.
Ability to travel as required.
