Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting with leadership exposure.
• Experience leading HR reinvention programs including operating model, process, technology or service delivery transformations.
• At least 1 year applying AI, GenAI, automation or analytics to HR processes.
• 1 year of High Tech industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Advise on HR operating models, technology and transformation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Design HR reinvention strategies blending traditional HR with digital innovations like AI and automation.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR reinvention projects on time and within budget.
• Lead evaluation and selection of HR technologies and guide vendor processes.
• Stay current on GenAI and other digital HR trends and bring innovative solutions to clients.
• Design and optimize HR operating models, shared services and outsourcing approaches.
• Drive analytics to improve talent management, engagement, and workforce planning.
