Job summary

Accenture is recruiting an HR Reinvention Manager to lead and shape HR reinvention projects within the digital age. You will drive operating models, automation, and AI-enabled HR transformations for major clients, delivering measurable value and improved employee experience.

You will manage client relationships, define strategies, and oversee cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. Travel may be required across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role within HR reinvention programs.
• Minimum of 1 year applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics to HR processes.
• Minimum of 1 year of High Tech Industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR reinvention projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.
• Advise clients on HR operating models, technology, and transformation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Develop HR reinvention value cases and roadmaps that align HR with business strategy and deliver measurable results.
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement to secure buy-in at all levels of the organization.
• Lead business development efforts and contribute to client proposals and thought leadership.
