• Proven recruitment expertise for technology roles
• Completed HR-related education or equivalent practical HR experience

Responsibilities

• HR Administration: end-to-end employee lifecycle support and data management
• Recruitment: ads, interviews, candidate comms, onboarding of new joiners
• Payroll Support: four-eye reviews, payroll inquiries, liaising with providers
• HR Systems & Tools: administer HR systems, ensure data quality, implement updates
• Budget Administration: track costs and coordinate with Finance
• HR Projects & General Support: lead assigned HR initiatives
• Internal & External Reporting: support HR reporting and stakeholder inquiries, ensure audit readiness
