Are you an experienced HR Generalist or HR Manager who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments, ready to help build a world‑class digital asset trading company?

Our client is a young, high‑growth cryptocurrency investment firm operating in DeFi, XRP and XLT quant trading, already generating $100B annualized AUM and expanding rapidly across the USA and globally. They’re now hiring a hands‑on HR leader to build the people infrastructure as the team scales from 12 to 40+ employees.

You’ll oversee the entire HR value chain — from talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, engagement, compensation, and compliance, to culture and leadership development. You’ll partner with executives and department heads to ensure every new hire and process aligns with a high‑performance, innovation‑driven culture.

You’ll Bring:

• 7-15+ years’ experience across the full HR generalist spectrum (USA employment law, payroll, benefits, compliance, performance, learning & development)
• Proven success hiring and retaining top talent in high‑growth tech, fintech, or crypto environments
• Strong network and relationships with specialist talent in quantitative trading, technology, data science, and digital finance
• Confident, proactive communicator able to influence at all levels
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, distributed (remote + hybrid) team environment
