A growing fintech is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join its People team. This is a hands‑on, foundational role with broad exposure across HR disciplines, ideal for someone who enjoys building and improving people processes in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide frontline HR support to employees, handling policy queries, employee relations matters, and general People Partner coverage
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy, processing the full employee life cycle (new hires, transfers, departures, role changes)
• Deliver core HR operations including on boarding, off boarding, and work changes
• Build self‑service resources such as wikis, FAQs, and templates to empower employees and reduce repetitive enquiries
• Support headcount and People analytics reporting
• Collaborate with Payroll & Benefits on employee pay and benefits queries
• Own policy documentation, ensuring handbooks and guidelines remain current
• Manage visa, immigration, and global mobility processes
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI tools to create scalable systems

What You'll Bring

• 5–7+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in professional services, financial services, or a fast‑paced corporate environment
• Foundational knowledge across benefits, employee relations, HRIS, and performance management
• Experience with an HRIS platform (e.g. HiBob, Workday, or similar)
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfort with ambiguity and a genuine growth mindset
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; PHR or SHRM‑CP in progress is a plus
