Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, startups or in-house tech recruiting.
• Proven hiring in fintech, blockchain, and related communities.
• Experience recruiting engineering, product, security and data roles.
• Strong sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, communities and events.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles with high quality and speed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable remote work.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to close for engineering, product, operations and business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview plans.
• Source passive candidates in blockchain, fintech and tech markets.
• Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience at all stages.
• Advise on compensation, market trends and competitor talent.
