Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of office or human resources experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must multitask and work well in a team.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to DC management, DCHRBP, and DC team members.
• Assist with recruitment, screening applicants, and completing new hire paperwork.
• Assist with new team member orientation and benefits education.
• Prepare monthly evaluation reports and distribute to supervisors.
• Schedule interviews, prescreen applicants, and coordinate reference checks.
