Solifi, Minneapolis-based fintech, is seeking an HR and Recruiting Coordinator to join our global HR team. You will coordinate HR workflows, onboard new staff, manage employee data, and support talent acquisition from posting to onboarding.

You will also handle office operations and liaise with vendors and internal contacts at all levels. The role emphasizes confidentiality, strong organization, and collaboration across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field required.
• Minimum 2+ years in administrative support in a professional office.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organization and multitasking in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across locations and teams.
• Familiarity with HR policies, employment laws, and process improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and HRIS or related systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR workflows and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee data across systems and ensure compliance.
• Participate in North America benefits administration and payroll liaison.
• Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and feedback collection.

• Assist CHRO calendar management and organize global HR team meetings.
