Job summary

PAI in White Bear Lake, MN is seeking a Recruiter and HR Assistant to serve as the friendly first contact for our HR department and to help keep PAI staffed with good people. This full-time role offers a daytime schedule, 32–40 hours per week, non-exempt status, and a pay range of $23–$27 per hour.

You will own recruiting for DSP roles and support onboarding, benefits, and HRIS processes while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years in recruiting, HR, or admin with HR involvement.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles in a busy environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication.
• Experience with high-volume hourly recruiting is a plus.
• Must pass DHS background study and OIG review.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting for DSP roles across multiple platforms.
• Screen applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate with managers.
• Maintain applicant tracking and recruit metrics.
• Support onboarding logistics and new employee orientation.
• Assist benefits enrollment and open enrollment coordination.
• Provide general admin support and office duties.
