PAI (Phoenix Alternatives, Inc.) in White Bear Lake is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our Day Program. Full-time roles offer 33 hours per week at $19.50 per hour and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

As a DSP, you’ll greet participants each morning, help with life skills activities, assist with personal care, and support outings in the community. The position features weekday daytime hours with no evenings, overnights, or weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with HS diploma or GED.
• Caring, empathetic nature; strong listener and communicator.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow directions.
• Experience in direct care is a plus, willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet participants each morning and set a positive tone for the day.
• Engage participants in life skills activities, music therapy, arts and crafts, outings.
• Assist with personal care routines as needed.
• Support participants with community activities and daily living tasks.
