Job summary

PAI in White Bear Lake, MN is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our Day Program. You’ll work about 33 hours weekly on a Monday–Friday schedule, with no evenings, overnights, or weekend shifts. Earn $19.50 per hour plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus and access comprehensive benefits.

As a DSP, you will engage participants in activities like music, crafts, cooking, and community outings, while providing compassionate care and consistent support to help individuals live with dignity and joy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated empathy and caring nature; strong listener and team player.
• Able to work in a Day Program schedule with consistent attendance.
