Job summary

This full-time in-office role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with the HR leadership team, a pathway for growth, and hands-on mentorship in recruiting.

You will manage the recruiting cycle from application to hire, craft job postings, and maintain candidate records in the ATS while partnering with department managers to meet staffing goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting or people-focused roles
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at once

Responsibilities

• Review applications and identify qualified candidates for open positions
• Proactively contact applicants via phone, text, and email
• Conduct initial phone interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain timely follow-up
• Create, post, and manage job advertisements on recruiting platforms
• Maintain candidate records and interview notes in the ATS
• Build candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
• Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
• Track recruiting activity and progress toward hiring goals
• Assist HR with onboarding and HR initiatives
• Identify process improvements for recruiting
