Job summary

Ketch-Kansas-Elks-Training-Center-For-the-Handicapped in Wichita, KS is seeking a full-time HR Recruiter to support recruiting, hiring, receptionist duties, and staff training.

You will prescreen Direct Care applicants by phone and in-person, conduct interviews, reference and background checks, coordinate job fairs and reporting, and manage onboarding documentation. You will also facilitate safety and introductory training during new hire orientations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (preferred) or related field.
• Six months work experience in HR recruitment and/or HR staff training.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, dependable vehicle, proof of auto insurance.
• Proven ability to multitask.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or 1/4 of own body weight, whichever is less.
• Beneficial work experience: HR, pre-screening applicants, reference checking, background checking, ATS, ADP, interviewing, training, HR

Responsibilities
