Remedy Intelligent Staffing in Honolulu is seeking a detail-oriented HR Records Specialist to support Human Resources operations through accurate data management, record maintenance, and transaction processing. The role requires reviewing and updating employee data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining HR systems with precision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree preferred or two years of administrative experience may be substituted.
• One year of HR, administrative, data entry, or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review, update, and maintain employee records to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Process daily HR transactions and perform high-volume data entry into HR systems and databases.
• Audit and validate HR data, identifying and correcting discrepancies as needed.
• Coordinate the accurate transmission of HR information to benefit vendors, unions, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain confidential employee records and documentation.
• Assist with reporting, record audits, and data-related HR projects.
• Respond to inquiries related to employee data and HR records.
• Support ongoing HR operations and administrative functions as assigned.
