Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• Experience supporting HR operations or administrative functions.
• Knowledge of employment recordkeeping and federal/state/local requirements.
• Familiarity with HRIS or employee tracking platforms and electronic records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new employee setup, orientation, and required documentation.
• Process employee changes including transfers, promotions, and separations.
• Maintain personnel files and protect confidential information.
• Assist with payroll-related activities, timekeeping reviews, and tax documentation.
• Respond to inquiries and partner with teams to meet HR deadlines.
