Job summary

Offices, Boards and Divisions within the Justice Management Division, Office of Human Capital, HR Operations, seeks an HR Specialist to help improve accountability and quality control across its operations. The selectee will engage in a broad range of projects informing potential paths forward for the organization.

GS-13/14 level requires specialized experience in HR quality control, audits, and policy interpretation, with emphasis on reporting data trends and proposing corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR quality control assignments, projects, and/or annual audits.
• Reporting and/or analyzing Human Resources data trends, discrepancies, or audit findings.
• Recommend corrective solutions for Delegated Examining, Merit Promotion, or Excepted Service audit findings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR Specialist to assist HR Operations in improving accountability and quality control for JMD and related components.
• Engage in a broad range of projects and assignments that inform potential paths forward for the organization.
