Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, project management, or a closely related field.
• Two (2) years of full-time equivalent project management experience overseeing projects, defining scope, and meeting timelines.
• Experience administering human resources programs (e.g., benefits, employment, employee/labor relations) in a public sector agency.

Responsibilities

• Manage start-to-finish project lifecycles with planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute strategic HR projects aligned with goals.
• Analyze HR processes and propose solutions to improve efficiency and engagement.
• Coordinate with IT, HR, and vendors to ensure project success.
• Plan, organize, and direct special events.
• Develop RFPs, evaluate proposals, review contracts, and assist with negotiations.
• Monitor industry trends to identify new programs and modernization opportunities.
• Develop training materials to support new systems and processes.
• Evaluate outcomes and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
