You will drive end-to-end project lifecycles, oversee onboarding technologies, and coordinate with IT, HR, and vendors to ensure successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of full-time PM experience overseeing HR projects in a public sector setting.
• Experience with HR programs (benefits, employment, employee relations, classification, EEO).
• Background check and pre-employment process required.

Responsibilities

• Manage start-to-finish project lifecycles from planning to reporting.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to prioritize strategic projects.
• Analyze HR processes and propose efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with IT, HR, and external vendors to ensure project success.
• Plan, organize and direct special events.
• Develop RFPs and review contracts; assist with negotiations.
• Monitor industry trends for new programs and modernization.
• Develop training materials for new systems and processes.
• Evaluate outcomes and provide improvement recommendations.
