Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an HR Professional to support project personnel mobilization, onboarding and policy guidance at a Lake Charles facility. The role involves onboarding new hires, visa support, and advising leaders on staffing, performance and leave administration.

Qualifications

• Interacts with employees and managers to resolve HR inquiries
• Mobilizes project personnel onboarding and visa support
• Onboards and orients new hires and transferring employees
• Provides HR guidance to leaders on staffing, performance, leave, assignments
• Prepares HR metrics, workforce reports and supports decision-making
• Supports onboarding and offboarding logistics and basic training delivery
• Answers routine HR policy questions and guides employee relations

Responsibilities

• Interact with employees, supervisors, and managers to answer and resolve inquiries and issues on HR policies.
• Monitor progress of existing human resource programs and drive HR operational efficiency.
• Mobilize project personnel onboarding, assignment coordination and visa support.
• Coordinate HR orientation sessions for new hires and transfers.
• Provide HR guidance to leaders on staffing, performance, leave, and development matters.
• Prepare and analyze HR metrics and workforce reports for decision-making.
• Support onboarding and offboarding logistics and basic training delivery.
• Respond to employee relations inquiries with guidance.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and data accuracy.
