• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and supervisors on-site in Cheyenne, serving as a first point of contact for HR inquiries.
• Assist onboarding and mobilization activities and maintain accurate HR records and data in relevant systems.
• Support employee relations, performance, compliance, and engagement initiatives while maintaining confidentiality.
