Job summary

One Community Health is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator based at our Hood River, Oregon clinic to support recruiting and HR processes across locations. The role emphasizes data integrity, confidentiality, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

The position is full-time, requiring at least one year of office and customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Occasional evenings or weekends may be needed based on workload.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of office or administrative support experience.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to meet timelines and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• HIPAA awareness and confidentiality.
• Experience with coordinating interviews and travel reimbursements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for recruiting and HR processes.
• Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate follow-up communications.
• Assist ATS administration and background checks.
• Coordinate on-site visits and travel reimbursements for candidates.
• Maintain data integrity and support multiple clinic locations.
• Ensure confidential handling of information and teamwork across departments.
